Each of the Asset Equipment is made up of various Components and Each Components will have its Accessories. In BOM tab we can capture all these and maintain record for further use.
When any Work order is performed for Asset Equipment and Components associated, and Work Order is generated and the same is recorded in Timeline, where user can observe past history and learn for the same while working on new workorder.
Each of Equipment will have unique QR code associated with it, which shall be Pasted on Equipment. With EAM Mobile App, this QR code can be scanned and all information shall be viewed from the app. This shall help user access Document, Information, past History, photos easily from the app and take informed decision to ensure highest uptime.
Asset Image shall ensure easy and handy identification of the Asset Equipment & Components of it,
Assets shall be recorded in Tree/Hierarchy form with details of Site > Location > Asset Type > Equipment > Component > Accessory . This shall help easy identification for users and increase efficiency.
